Lawn Maintenance Applications - Liquid chemical treatments applying fertizilizer and weed control seven times a year (see the FAQ page for details of each treatment).

Insecticide - To combat grubs, fleas and ticks, and sod webworms.
This treatment is most effective when applied in late April or May, when your grass and the bugs are just coming out. The price is the same as your regular lawn applications.

Aeration - Breaks up turf to release pockets of nutrients and allows air and water into the root system.
This process is best done in February or March for fescue lawns, April or May for Bermuda lawns, and May or June for Zoysia lawns. The price is the same as your regular lawn applications.

Shrub Applications - Designed to control and prevent infestation of disease and insects.
Consists of three applications that coincide with lawn treatment numbers 2 (pre-Spring), 3 (Spring), and 6 (Fall). The minimum charge is $25 per treatment and varies for each customer.

Miscellaneous - Shrub and tree trimming, flower bed maintenance, lawn mowing, leaf removal, fence repair, and anything else to improve the exterior of your home.
